Watermelon Mint Lemonade

Hot summer days have had me searching for the perfect, refreshing drink. And guess what? I have found it! Watermelon mint lemonade. This drink will make your tastebuds happy, and cool you down quick, that’s for sure.This recipe is extra special because it has no added sugar and only 3 simple ingredients. Watermelon, mint and lemon juice!

Watermelon Mint Lemonade | 6-8 Servings

Ingredients

- half of a small-medium seedless watermelon

- 3 lemons (juiced)

- 1 cup of mint leaves (loosely packed)

- 2 tbsp liquid sweetener (maple syrup or agave)

Directions:

  1. First, scoop out the watermelon flesh and all of its juices into a blender

  2. Juice all 3 lemons into the blender and add the mint leaves and the sweetener of choice

  3. Blend for 2-3 minutes until well combined (should become foamy)

  4. Strain your mixture into a pitcher, then add some ice and chill in the fridge

  5. When enjoying a glass, add a slice of lemon and few mint leaves. Enjoy!
