Sweet Potato Brownies!!!

Did someone say guilt-free BROWNIES?! That’s right, this brownie recipe is so tasty and completely guilt free. Enjoy every bit of this delectable treat made from all whole food ingredients!

Sweet Potato Brownies Recipe | 18 Servings

Ingredients

- 1 large sweet potato or 2 small (cooked and peeled)

- 1 very ripe large banana or 2 small

- 1 cup soymilk

- 1 cup old fashioned oats or 1 cup oat flour

- 1/2 cup cocoa powder or carob powder

- 8 tbsp. peanut butter powder

- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

- 2 tbsp. flax seed

- 2 tsp baking powder

- Cinnamon to taste

- Pinch salt

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

2. In a bowl mash the banana and sweet potato very well

3. Add in the soymilk, then salt and cinnamon, stir to combine

4. Add in the remaining ingredients and mix together well (don't forget to taste it)

5. Fill each muffin cup with about 1/4 cup of the batter, flatten with back of spoon and top with chocolate chips
