Garlic Parm Kale

This is hands down the BEST way to eat your greens. In this video, I elevate this typically over hyped by vegans green (kale) into a delicious and extremely nutritious side dish that you would be crazy not to like!

Garlic Parm Kale | 2 servings

Ingredients

- 1 large head of Dino Kale (or your fav kale variety)

- 4 tbsp nutritional yeast

- 2 tbsp super fine almond flour

- 2 tsp minced garlic

- 1/4 tsp salt

- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

- water for sautéing

- fresh lemon for servings

Directions

1. Remove the ribs from the kale and wash well.

2. Roughly chop the kale, heat a large pot or pan over medium heat

3. Add the kale, along with a few tbsp of water, cover and let steam for 1-2 minutes

4. Drain off the excess water then continue to heat over medium heat

5. Add in the other ingredients, except for the lemon, stir for 1-2 mins constantly

6. Plate up the garlic parm kale, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top and try not to eat it all at once! Enjoy!
