Buffalo Chickpea Dip

This buffalo chickpea dip is SO delicious and perfect for parties or even for a snack! The ingredients are super simple and the taste is perfection!

Buffalo Chickpea Dip | 8-10 Servings

Ingredients

- 3 cans of chickpeas

- 2 cans of hearts of palm

- 1 container Kite Hill Plain Cream Cheese

- 1 cup veggie broth

- 1/2 c-3/4cup of Franks Red Hot Sauce

- 1 tbsp garlic powder

- 2 tbsp tahini

Directions

1. Rinse and drain your chickpeas

2. Add chickpeas to a large pot over medium heat

3. Add the red hot sauce, cream cheese, veggie broth and garlic powder, bring to a simmer

4. Rinse and drain your hearts of palm

5. Add to a food processor and blitz till finely shredded

6. Add to the chickpea mix

7. Stir everything together well

8. Mash with a potato masher until most chickpeas are mashed

9. Taste, and adjust hot sauce to your liking

10. Leave on low for 10-15 mins or move to a slow cooker and keep on warm

11. Enjoy with oil free chips, crackers, carrots celery etc!
